We started taking our son to see Dr. Bhanji at Kidz Dental Haven just before his 3rd birthday - so that makes 10 years now! Since day one we've felt welcomed and very well taken care of. From our front desk greeting until our goodbyes, we are showered with attention. Dr. Bhanji's calm and efficient manner always puts our guy at ease. Kidz Dental Haven is the place to be!
It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Bhanji and team. From the scheduling all the way through to treatment, it is always a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Our son has been coming to her for years and she's helped to make sure he'll have teeth all the way until he no longer needs them! You won't be disappointed and your kiddos will be happy for years to come!
Yesterday was our 4 year old daughter's first dentist appointment. I'm not sure who was more nervous...her our us! But thanks to the AMAZING team at Kidz Dental Haven our daughter actually ENJOYED her visit and went to PreK afterwards and shared her fun experience with her class. Kudos to Dr. Bhanji for taking so much time with us and with our daughter. No more nerves for the next visit for sure!!
We love Kidz Dental Haven! Our two girls have been going to Dr. Bhanji their entire lives. Not only do we receive excellent care from everyone - Denise, Paula, Rachel, and Dr. Bhanji, but I really like my daughters seeing an accomplished woman dentist. Dr. Bhanji is such a positive role model for my daughters. I would recommend them to everyone.
My 4 year old son has been a patient at Kidz Dental since he was 2 years old. We have four or five check-up/cleanings in that time, and have loved every experience. Dr. Bhanji and her staff are professional, kind, patient, and calm with the kiddos. I highly recommend taking your kids to Kidz Dental Haven.
It is very rare for me that an entire medical office scores a full five stars. From the office manager (Denise), the dental hygienist (Paula) and the dentist (Dr. Bhanji) our family has had consistent kind, understanding, funny and gentle dental service. We have been going here since my oldest first started going to the dentist. Denise is wonderful with insurance and scheduling, Paula is so patient with my wiggle worm kids and Dr. Bhanji is always so positive and understanding. Always offering words of encouragement and tips on how to improve. I was so impressed that the first appointment for my oldest and the first two appointments for my youngest were all about making my kids comfortable with the tools, routine and the doctor. We have been patients I think for the last four years and this has included the twice a year cleanings, an emergency call due to my youngest face planting and tearing his frenulum and worry about his front teeth, and now with my oldest starting to use a dental appliance to create space for her permanent teeth to hopefully have room to come in we are in the office about once a month. Both my husband and I had braces and we were delighted to learn that Dr. Bhanji came from a medical university that had one of the few programs in the US that trains in trying to create space and correct alignment before braces. Dr. Bhanji was great about giving us information about the process and options that we had for next steps up to and including if we wanted to consult another dentist. The office is located in a newer medical dental building and always has parking and is super close to I-5 and the Northgate mall.
My kids love Dr. Bhanji~ We love it here so much that we are willing drive in from Federal Way for the past 10 years or so. Denise is helpful when it comes to making appointments and billing. We highly recommend them.
I appreciate the care and attention that is given to patients by everyone in Dr. Bhanji's office, where my son has received excellent pediatric dental care for the past nine years. Dr. Bhanji is trained to recognize and treat issues that can start in childhood and carry on into adulthood, and the preventative measures she recommended along the way have resulted in fewer issues as my son gets older. I trust her opinions and training and have always been happy with my son's experience. The staff is reassuring and professional, providing top-level pediatric dental care, as well as a warm welcome and insurance billing handled seamlessly. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive dentist experience for your child and family.
I've been a long time client taking my kids here for years, and the dental care has always been top-notch! The staff is AMAZING! The front office/waiting room is beautiful, inviting and relaxing. The front desk and dental assistants are friendly, kind, and respectful. They really take the time and effort to make it most comfortable and un-traumatic fun experience for kids.Dr. Bhanji is always very positive, encouraging, and gentle. True professional - being very flexible and supportive with each child's specific needs. She helped us out many times with emergency dental situations, coming to the office on a short notice after-hours and even weekends! As a parent, I would highly recommend Kidz Dental Haven practice!
My family's experience with the staff and Dr. Shamsi Bhanji has always been great! My child had a dental procedure there and we were greeted with enthusiasm. We were then brought back into the room and my child was properly seated and chose a video to watch during the procedure. We were told what was going to happen during the procedure. I chose to remove myself from the room to tend to my other child in the waiting room (the waiting room is very child friendly and peaceful). When the procedure was complete I was then greeted with a smile by my child and informed of after care and future care. Always a great experience each visit because of their care for their patients!
